The Grace College & Seminary alumnus was in charge of sound for Jackson’s show at Bottlerock in May 2023. He posted a video of himself mixing on a sound engineering equipment that was located away from the main stage, where Jackson and her band could be heard singing.

Long posted again on June 24, 2023, revealing that he had recorded Jackson’s vocals for the song “Blue Moon,” which Jackson was featured on and was written by Steinza.

On her Instagram, Jackson has also highlighted her partnerships with Long. She offered Long a shout-out in the description of a video she shared of her performance at the Bottlerock festival, where he handled sound engineering.

The “The Habit” artist mentioned Long as one of the persons who helped make her then-new song “bandaid” come to life in an Instagram post earlier that year (February 2023).

Long’s sweetheart spoke with her longtime friend and fellow gifted vocalist Willow Smith on “Red Table Talk” in June 2021 prior to proposing to Jackson. During the conversation, the subject of marriage came up.

“At the moment, I’m married to music and I have been,” Jackson revealed when Smith questioned her about her opinions on the matter. Whatever occurs, it happens. Marriage is not something I oppose. Sure, if I’m content and in love, but for now, my priorities are my music and spirituality, as well as taking care of myself.”
