An X user wondered whether the two of them were leading separate lives at this point since they had not been seen together for a while.
Another user wrote, “That women never had cancer. That family is actually sick for using that to disguise the marital issues her and her husband are having causing them to do their own seperate engagement. It’s sick.”
It seems some people took issue with William not being by his wife’s side as she made her first public appearance.
