Accompanied by a GIF of an actress appearing stunned as she stood up from her chair at an event, a user on X remarked, “that [sic] rock on her ring finger… the wedding is imminent.”
In a similar vein, another user on X shared a photo of Zendaya in her Golden Globes outfit, posing in a car with her left hand prominently extended. They wrote, “she’s [sic] making sure everyone sees that ROCK.”

In the two photos of Zendaya from the event, one showing a close-up of her small ‘t’ tattoo on her left side, a user on social media expressed their surprise, saying, “I didn’t expect to find out that Zendaya has a tiny ‘t’ tattoo and an engagement ring, but I’m so happy for her [sic].”
This sparked further curiosity, with another person commenting, “Is that a RING?” and someone else adding, “Why is no one talking about the ring?!?!”
On the flip side, one user disagreed with the assumption, writing, “An ENGAGEMENT RING?! I feel like she’s too smart about the media to wear something like that on that finger, knowing the paparazzi would catch it all night if it wasn’t real, lol.”
Although Zendaya, who received a Golden Globe nomination for her performance in Challengers, has not yet commented on the engagement rumors, she has previously spoken about her relationship with Tom Holland. In an August 2023 interview with Elle, the interviewer asked Zendaya about the public’s interest in her relationship with the “Uncharted” actor, and how she feels about it.

It’s about protecting the peace and letting things be your own but also not being afraid to exist,” explained the Euphoria star.
She added, “You can’t hide. That’s not fun, either. I am navigating it more than ever now.” Just a few days ago, on January 2, 2025, Zendaya’s partner shared some thoughts about their relationship in an interview with Men’s Health magazine.
After discussing how he manages his privacy during outings to avoid being overwhelmed by fans, the conversation shifted to the fact that Tom chooses not to walk the red carpet with Zendaya at public events like her premieres.
He explained the reasoning behind this choice, saying, “[Because] it’s not my moment, it’s her moment, and if we go together, it’s about us.”
Although Tom Holland, like Zendaya, has not yet commented on the recent engagement rumors, he did talk about his thoughts on becoming a father in the future. “When I have kids, you will not see me in movies anymore. Golf and dad. And I will just disappear off the surface of the earth,” the actor shared.
