Meghan Markle’s hidden message to daughter Princess Lilibet in trailer for With Love, Meghan season two

Meghan Markle has once again captured attention with her fashion choices, this time weaving a subtle nod to her daughter Princess Lilibet into her wardrobe.

In the trailer for season two of her Netflix series With Love, Meghan, the Duchess of Sussex appeared in a nearly $5000 Carolina Herrera dress adorned with lilies of the valley—an elegant tribute to her daughter’s name.

The 44-year-old former actress shares Lilibet, four, and Archie, six, with Prince Harry, 40. She was seen in the floral sundress while walking through her garden alongside celebrity chef Samin Nosrat, who opted for a casual white shirt and camo pants.

A Shift Toward Luxury Fashion

While the first season mixed high-street brands like Zara with designer staples, the upcoming season leans more heavily into Meghan’s luxury wardrobe. Along with the Carolina Herrera sundress, she is also shown wearing a nautical-inspired striped shirt dress worth £1470, designed by Venezuelan-American talent Carolina Herrera.

Her jewellery choices remain as eye-catching as her wardrobe. Meghan showcased a £4400 Lohan Hollowell diamond necklace, her signature Cartier Love bracelet valued at nearly AUD $4750, and the iconic Cartier Tank Française watch once owned by Princess Diana—later gifted to her by Harry.

Filming Details

Although Meghan and Harry’s $14.65 million Montecito mansion served as a backdrop for speculation, filming for both seasons of With Love, Meghan reportedly took place at a nearby location rather than their home.

Like the first season, the couple’s children are not expected to appear on-screen. PR expert Rhea Freeman told Express UK: “I would be really surprised if Lilibet and Archie appeared in this series in any really meaningful way—and this isn’t a criticism, it’s based on what Harry and Meghan have shown us of the children online in recent years.”

Protecting Archie and Lilibet

Freeman emphasized that Meghan’s social media history shows only glimpses of her children, often with their faces hidden or obscured. The Sussexes have spoken frequently about the dangers of exposing children online, particularly through their initiative The Parents’ Network.

“With the criticism the couple have faced, and the regular mentions around security, not showing the children’s faces on TV makes perfect sense as a way to help keep them more protected and safe,” Freeman added.

What to Expect from Season Two

The new season, filmed back-to-back with the first installment, will again feature Meghan’s lifestyle themes while introducing a lineup of her well-known friends. Stars such as model Chrissy Teigen, Queer Eye’s Tan France, and bestselling author Jay Shetty with his wife Radhi Devlukia are set to appear.

While Prince Harry’s participation in the eight-part season remains uncertain, Meghan’s fashion statements and carefully curated guest list suggest season two will continue blending elegance, personality, and star power.
