  • 1 beetroot
  • 300 ml of water
  • 50 grams of fresh ginger

  • 200 ml of water
  • 1 tablespoon of flax seeds (ground)
  • 8–9 plums
  • 400 ml of water (for boiling plums)
  • 3 tablespoons of coconut milk–based plant yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon of cooked plum purée (from above)
  • 1 handful of chopped walnuts
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 1 small piece of ginger (grated)
How to Prepare the Celery and Beetroot Drink

This drink is easy to make and takes just a few steps:

  1. Wash the celery and beetroot thoroughly.
  2. Cut them into chunks and blend them with 300 ml of water until smooth.
  3. Strain the mixture to remove pulp and obtain a clear juice.
  4. Add 50 grams of grated fresh ginger.
  5. Grate one carrot, add it to the juice along with 200 ml of water, and blend again.
  6. Just before serving, stir in 1 tablespoon of ground flax seeds.

Drink 200 ml of this juice first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Store any leftovers in the fridge and consume within 24 hours.

How to Make the Plum & Coconut Yogurt Bowl

Pair your morning drink with a nourishing, fiber-rich yogurt bowl:

  1. Pit 8–9 plums and boil them in 400 ml of water until soft.
  2. Drain and save the cooked fruit pulp.
  3. In a small bowl, mix 3 tablespoons of coconut milk yogurt with 1 tablespoon of the plum purée.
  4. Stir in a handful of chopped walnuts.
  5. Add the juice of two lemons and a bit of grated ginger.
  6. Mix everything until smooth and enjoy!
