Donald Trump has responded to the awkward moment Taylor Swift was met with boos from NFL fans during the Super Bowl.
As Swift took her seat alongside Ice Spice, cameras panned to her on the big screen, prompting a noticeable chorus of boos from the crowd. However, when Trump was shown, the reaction appeared to be overwhelmingly positive, with loud cheers filling the stadium.
The former president wasted no time in addressing the incident, sharing a post on social media that read:
“Trump gets massive cheers at the Super Bowl while Taylor Swift gets booed.
“The world is healing!”
Alongside the post on Truth Social, he also shared two clips highlighting the stark contrast between the crowd’s reactions.
Swift, for her part, didn’t seem too fazed by the negativity. While she initially looked slightly confused, she quickly flashed a smirk and gave the camera a subtle side-eye.
After witnessing the moment, one fan tweeted: “Taylor Swift shown on the jumbotron for the first time and HEAVILY booed. She gave a little side eye in response.”
Another added: “She dgaf.”
A third chimed in: “Taylor’s face says it all!”

Why Did the Crowd Boo Swift?
NFL fans have previously expressed frustration over Swift’s presence at Chiefs games, claiming her star power sometimes shifts focus away from the sport. However, some believe the boos at the Super Bowl had less to do with her and more to do with the crowd composition.
One person shared their theory on social media: “Everyone right now: ‘The crowd boos Taylor Swift?!’ Guys… the crowd is 80% Eagles fans. Of course they booed Taylor.
“Don’t worry, our girl is loved deeply, and she knows it.”
Another joked: “Congrats, @Eagles fans. Taylor Swift about to write a song about getting booed by you.”
